Should I have a gym membership?

A gym membership would be the better option, but it is not a requirement to achieving results! An abundance of workouts can be performed from the comfort of your own home or outdoors. Simply get in touch and confirm the type of equipment you have (if any) and the space available to you and we will design an appropriate workout program to help you achieve your goals.
I am unfit and overweight, is online training for me?

In short, Yes! Your training program is bespoke and will be aligned to your initial level of ability and fitness. Cutting edge specialist software is incorporated into the GForce Strength and Fitness Online Personal Training program. Easy to follow instructions are given, including video demonstrations, showing exactly how each exercise should be performed. Accountability and consistency are key! We will be with you every step of the way via the private messaging platform!

Absolutely! Regeneration from injury can be a difficult time and you may feel concerned or anxious about returning to fitness. We have the expertise to assist you through this difficult period and will create a bespoke training program that works around your pre-existing injury.
How long will it take for me to get back into shape?

Noticeable results can be achieved in as little as two weeks, however, everyone is different and there are many factors and variables that come into play. So, it depends on the individual, but whether you are looking to lose weight, burn fat, gain muscle, or simply want to remain as healthy and active as possible, the GForce Strength and Fitness team will be there to support you every step of the way!
