Experience

George attended Victoria College in Jersey and went on to gain a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (Development, Coaching and Fitness). George then studied at The University of Bath, graduating with a BA (Hons) Degree in Sport and Social Sciences and is also YMCA Levels 1, 2 & 3 qualified.

With many years of personal training experience, George has the knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional bespoke training programs for his clients.

"If patience were a muscle, George would be bench-pressing Mount Everest by now. I showed up to our first session with more excuses than gym clothes and immediately began my symphony of suffering: groans, sighs, theatrical wheezing—you name it, I performed it. Every session was like a Shakespearean tragedy (starring me, the wounded gazelle, and George, the unimpressed lion). But somehow, through my cries of “Are serious, is this even legal?!” and “This must be what death feels like,” George remained calm, encouraging, and only occasionally looked like he was questioning all his life choices. George coached me through workouts, tantrums, and several overly dramatic water breaks. I moaned. I groaned. I claimed I needed a moment to "connect with my spirit animal" (a sloth). George smiled and handed me a heavier kettlebell. Results? Oh, I got results. Apparently, whining doesn’t burn calories, but squats do—who knew? If you’re looking for a trainer who can transform a moaning mess into a motivated machine (or at least a slightly less whiny one), look no further. George is your man ( Please go easy on my this Thursday)."
